About the role
- You reach for AI tools before writing boilerplate, debugging manually, or scoping cold - Balanced frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python) - SF & NY offices are hybrid / 3 days in office!
- We use AI coding assistants in production workflows, LLMs for planning and spec-writing, and agentic tools to reduce manual toil.
- We expect every engineer on our team to work this way and to raise the bar over time.
Nice to have
- AI tools are your default starting point - you can speak concretely about how they've changed your output or pace in the last 6 months
- You've used AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) in real production delivery and have opinions on where they help and where they don't
- You're comfortable using LLMs beyond code generation - for planning, spec-writing, debugging, and code review
- You are proficient in TypeScript to power our frontend React app.
- Familiarity with Firebase is a plus
- You are strong with Python to power our backend.
- Familiarity with Flask is a plus
- You possess a customer-centric mindset and have strong empathy for creators
Skills
- Leading frontend development with delightful UI/UX
