About the Role As a Renovations Project Manager, you'll lead the transformation and modernization of existing pools,

You'll oversee renovation work from start to finish, provide guidance and support to crews in the field, and serve as a trusted resource for clients throughout the process.
General Summary of Position The Renovations Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing the quality of pool renovations and modernizations as well as offering A&S clients support.

Ability to overcome customer objections.
strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Pro Edge Proficient in using an iPad or iPhone Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read blueprints.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work long hours in the busy season.
Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with leadership skills, takes pride in delivering exceptional results, and enjoys seeing projects come together to exceed customer expectations.
They must be knowledgeable in all phases of the pool renovations operation of all equipment and systems.
He/she must be able to manage and instruct crews to accomplish the desired end result in accordance with the product quality standards established by A&S.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees all phases of the installation process, taking digital photos throughout, and responsible for ensuring completion of all required inspections.
Meets regularly with the Construction Manager and General Manager to review the progress of each assigned project and to discuss and resolve outstanding problems or issues, as needed.

The employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the Company.
