We manage 10 GW of solar and 7.5 GWh of BESS across 44 states, supporting asset owners with multi-hundred MW utility solar projects and large standalone BESS systems.

Operate equipment such as commercial mowers, string trimmers, ATVs, compact tractors, and skid steers
Apply herbicides using backpack sprayers and riding equipment
Mix and handle herbicides according to safety standards
Safely operate company trucks and trailers to transport personnel and equipment
Utilize defensive driving practices at all times Equipment Maintenance & Reporting (10-15%)
Monitor equipment condition and escalate issues as needed
Track and report work progress to leadership Leadership & Coordination
Conduct safety briefings and identify job hazards

OSHA 10-Hour Certification
Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator License (Category 6.0)
Non-CDL DOT Certification Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pull up to 75 lbs
Ability to perform repetitive physical labor for extended periods
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, full sun)
Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and vehicles Work Environment
Primarily outdoor work at utility-scale solar sites
Exposure to varying terrain and weather conditions
Frequent travel, including overnight stays during the work week Additional Requirements
Ability to travel out of state for extended periods (12-24 weeks per year)
Ability to drive company vehicles and occasionally personal vehicle if needed
