Responsibilities

  • We manage 10 GW of solar and 7.5 GWh of BESS across 44 states, supporting asset owners with multi-hundred MW utility solar projects and large standalone BESS systems.

Nice to have

  • Operate equipment such as commercial mowers, string trimmers, ATVs, compact tractors, and skid steers
  • Apply herbicides using backpack sprayers and riding equipment
  • Mix and handle herbicides according to safety standards
  • Safely operate company trucks and trailers to transport personnel and equipment
  • Utilize defensive driving practices at all times Equipment Maintenance & Reporting (10-15%)
  • Monitor equipment condition and escalate issues as needed
  • Track and report work progress to leadership Leadership & Coordination
  • Conduct safety briefings and identify job hazards

Compensation

  • $50k-$65k

  • Non-CDL DOT Certification Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pull up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical labor for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, full sun)
  • Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and vehicles Work Environment
  • Primarily outdoor work at utility-scale solar sites
  • Exposure to varying terrain and weather conditions
  • Frequent travel, including overnight stays during the work week Additional Requirements
  • Ability to travel out of state for extended periods (12-24 weeks per year)
  • Ability to drive company vehicles and occasionally personal vehicle if needed
