About the role

- The successful Configuration Specialist will be relentlessly focused on the integrity and accuracy of our data as it is shared with carriers.
Responsibilities
- Complete self-QA on all system build work
- Daily touch-base with necessary internal partners associated with current projects or tasks
- Accurately maintain capacity and productivity measurements through utilization of task updates
- Address any escalated or global issues related to system build for clients
- We train our employees to maintain leading class security practices and expect all employees to adhere to policy, procedures and controls.
- We've built a multi-layered screening process designed to identify top talent and ensure the integrity of every hire.
- We also partner with trusted, best-in-class providers to conduct background checks, verify identities, and confirm references.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to compare large data sets, organize data and summarize findings
- Working knowledge of business processes, system development and process improvements
- Experience with and strong understanding of various technologies and platforms

Nice to have
- Strong SQL, MS Access and strong Excel skills preferred
