Responsibilities
- The VP will build and lead a team that can advance all three pillars of the function.
- The VP will oversee and drive efforts to monitor and shape the evolving policy landscape across FDA, EMA, and other relevant agencies.
- This includes tracking proposed rules, guidance developments, and agency initiatives; engaging with industry coalitions and trade associations; and developing BridgeBio's positions on regulatory policy matters to inform internal strategy and external stakeholder engagement.
- A critical component of the role is to build and leverage relationships with regulatory agencies across the globe.
- The VP will lead efforts to systematically gather, synthesize, and translate regulatory intelligence into actionable strategy for the business.
- This includes tracking agency trends, guidance documents, precedent decisions, and emerging policy signals across FDA, EMA, and other global authorities, and distilling these insights into clear, decision-ready recommendations for program teams and senior leadership.

Compensation
- $360,000 - $400,000 USD
