Responsibilities

  • Create job schedule for each individual job released, including all steps to be completed during fabrication for all parts within job.
  • Initiate and lead job specific meetings with production team when job complexity requires it.

Requirements

  • Create spreadsheets for shipping department for unique parts required to be included with shipments.
  • Other duties as required.

  • This Operations Group position is responsible for coordinating and managing schedules to ensure smooth, efficient operations across various production departments.
  • Review shop drawings and other pertinent project information to identify and understand the scope of work for each project.
  • Establish schedule milestones with the Plant Manager.
  • Coordinate with Production Control and Plant Manager to ensure job milestones are met during fabrication.
