About the role
- This is a hands-on leadership role, combining team management with individual ownership of key hires.
- This role requires a high sense of ownership and urgency - we move fast and expect the same.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers - challenging, calibrating, and raising the hiring bar
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of GTM Talent Acquisition Partners
- Own and drive end-to-end recruiting across GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Technical GTM roles)
- Drive high-quality, targeted sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, outbound, referrals)
- Own and elevate candidate experience - fast, transparent, and high-quality
- Identify gaps and implement process improvements to increase speed and quality
- Support closing strategies and help secure top candidates in competitive markets
- Manage and optimize work with external agencies when needed
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including team leadership
- Experience in a SaaS / cybersecurity startup environment. strong advantage
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve recruiting performance
