About the role
- This is an entry-level position well suited to an early-career professional interested in international development, project management, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), donor compliance, business development and knowledge management.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the head of Program Management, the Program Coordinator provides administrative, coordination, and project management support to WaterAid Canada's International Programs (IP) team.

Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, including internships or co-op placements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Teams, and SharePoint.
- The ability to work in French is considered a strong and desirable asset.
- To be successful, you will need: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Although not essential, we'd prefer you have: The ability to work in French is considered a strong and desirable asset.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
- CAD 50,000 with excellent benefits Change starts with water.
