About the role
- The Project Manager III will demonstrate exceptional ability to Manage Project scope (quality deliverables and customer experience), time (duration), and costs (effort), Manage Communications effectively with internal and external stakeholders,
- The Project Manager III will demonstrate exceptional ability to Manage Project scope (quality deliverables and customer experience), time (duration), and costs (effort), Manage Communications effectively with internal and external stakeholders, Manage the Solution Development: deliver successful solution deployments in close partnership with cross-functional teams, while Manage Customer Expectations: maintaining a seamless customer experience and overall satisfaction from the process and the results.
Responsibilities
- Ability to organize and manage a portfolio of projects, with responsibilities varying based on each project's complexity, size, and scope.
- Support Statement of Work creation on an as-needed basis
- Join a trusted team with the passion, technology, and expertise to drive innovation and bring AI to local government.
- These solutions come together in the OpenGov ERP, allowing public sector organizations to focus on priorities and deliver maximum ROI with every dollar and decision in sync.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of project management or related experience in a SaaS environment
- Strong initiative, innovative thinking skills, and ability to analyze details and translate into the "big picture" view
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs
- Technical aptitude and proficiency with Professional Services and CRM tools
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather key documentation and required resources in order to set appropriate expectations with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with government budgeting concepts and practices and/or finance/budgeting solutions is a strong plus
- On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.
Compensation
- Chicago, IL: $105,000 - $120,000
- On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.
- The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
