About the role

  • The Analytics Enablement Associate helps administer and govern our Business Intelligence (BI) platforms - Looker and Data Studio Pro (formerly Looker Studio Pro).
  • This role is responsible for platform reliability and user access management while supporting initiatives, including developer velocity, self-service analytics, and the deployment of AI-assisted reporting features.
  • You will report into the Data Manager II.

Responsibilities

  • Triage & Support: Act as the point of contact for the platform to resolve user issues and system reliability
  • Platform Governance & Auditing: Enforce data governance policies, maintain clean platform folder structures, collect metadata to improve data discoverability, and monitor platform usage to optimize system performance
  • Developer & AI Enablement: Under the direction of the Data Management lead, support the AI, Data Science and Analytics teams in efforts to improve developer velocity and configure AI-assisted features within BI platforms
  • Experience working specifically with Looker and Google Data Studio Pro to build reports and/or manage assets
  • Experience being the point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving user-facing issues to maintain system reliability

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in system administration, IT support, data operations, or a technical support role
  • 1+ years of experience working with SQL
  • 1+ year experience of AI-assisted programing

  • Experience exploring, testing, or leveraging emerging AI-assisted features or predictive tools within business intelligence environments
  • Experience creating user guides, basic documentation, or quick-reference materials to help non-technical users navigate data platforms

Compensation

  • The base pay for this role is: $83,628 - $109,761.75 per year.
  • You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
