Responsibilities
- Position Overview We are looking for a thorough and communicative keyholder to help lead our team.
- Leads By Example Demonstrates exemplary self-motivation in identifying and acomplishing tasks without constant guidance.
Requirements
- 1 year of previous management or supervisory experience in a cafe, restaurant, or retail environment.
Skills
- Hands-on experience with professional coffee/espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems.
- Strong leadership, math, and communication skills.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, positive, upbeat, and capable of solving problems on the fly.
