Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners and TPAs
- Develop business plans that identify key clients and list action steps to manage those relationships
- Introduce and support new product and service initiatives
- Customer Focused: Passionate drive to delight our customers and offer unique solutions that deliver on their expectations.
- Team Mentality: Partnering effectively to drive our culture and execute on our common goals.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial services industry or 2 years within the defined contribution marketplace
- FINRA series 6 or 7 and 63
- State insurance license
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel frequently
