About the role
- Delta Faucet Company has an excellent opportunity for a Product Compliance Engineer.
- Ensures the on-time completion and accuracy of all third-party certifications & product listings and of product compliance data in internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintains, monitors, promotes, and continuously improves the company-wide product compliance policy and associated processes & documentation.
- Monitors, communicates, and trains partners on new and existing performance standards and regulatory changes.
- Serves as a mentor and resource both internally and across the corporation by proactively sharing product compliance knowledge and best practices, and by acting as a technical lead on new and complex topics.
- Expected to play an active role in developing departmental strategies, goal setting, identifying roadblocks, making recommendations, and implementing solutions.
- Experience participating in standards development and using performance standards to develop test plans.
- Ability to learn and work with complex concepts including standards, regulations, product design, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage overlapping work independently or in a cross-functional team environment.
