Provide high-level customer experience while directing non-sales support inquiries to the appropriate internal departments to ensure all customer needs are addressed in an efficient manner
Maintain accurate, timely records of all customer activities, leads, and opportunities using TRUMPF standard sales systems (e.g., CRM, SAP, and other relevant applications)
Perform any additional responsibilities as deemed necessary by management
Must maintain Valid Driver's License

Occasional overnight stays are required
Must be eligible for a passport and able to travel within the US, Canada, and Mexico up to 25% (potential travel to global headquarters in Germany may be required)
Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred

Proven ability to build relationships across diverse industries, including but not limited to automotive, medical, and aerospace

Leverage predictive insights to help customers avoid costly unplanned downtime
On-site visits are expected when necessary to fully assess requirements prior to quoting; otherwise, working in-office while having remote interactions with customers is preferred.
