About the role
- ONEOK is seeking an Operator at our Cushing, Oklahoma location.
- The schedule for this position is 7 on / 7 off rotating between days and nights.
- Ensure the reliability of equipment, and accurate measurement and quality of product transported through the system.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the pipeline and its supporting operational and monitoring equipment in compliance with regulations, company work practices, and safety standards.
- Develop a positive working relationship with carriers.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to: to have regular attendance
- Ability to: work in stressful conditions;
- Ability to: adapt and respond in changing circumstances
- Ability to: use a personal computer with the Windows(R) operating system to complete time sheets, send and receive email, and access information posted on the Company's intranet;
- Ability to: to work on both a scheduled and call-out basis, as needed
- Ability to: work at the assigned job site.
Nice to have
- Associate's Degree in Petroleum Tech or related field preferred
- Three years' experience in a related field preferred
