About the role

  • The Human Resources Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the Human Resources department and Field Operations.
  • This position is responsible for supporting and facilitating HR processes across all business locations within their assigned region.
  • Training will be 3days onsite other 2 hybrid until training is over then the position will go to 1 day onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry in the HRIS, ensuring employee records accurately reflect all status changes, including hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and compensation updates in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Organize and prioritize HR service requests (Track-It tickets and emails), maintaining clear documentation and timely resolution to support regional HR operations.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including background checks, document collection, employment eligibility (I-9), and HRIS system entry, ensuring readiness for day one.
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for field managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, handling employee inquiries, and providing transactional support.
  • Maintain frequent and consistent communication with field operations to ensure alignment on staffing actions, employee documentation, and compliance-related matters.
  • Proactively alert Operations on expiring licenses or certifications to maintain workforce compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Workday, UKG/UltiPro, or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels of the organization.
  • additional in-office days may be required based on business needs.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
