Identify and implement opportunities to apply AI and automation within internal workflows, reducing manual effort, improving decision-making, and increasing the quality and consistency of customer interactions.
Lead the end-to-end development of new internal products, platforms, and systems, from concept through launch.
Own the adoption, performance, and measurable impact on key business outcomes.
Engage directly with internal users to gather feedback and insights that will drive product improvements and future innovations.
Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and continuously optimize for growth and customer success.
Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, AI, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact products.
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in SQL and data visualization tools to drive data-informed product decisions and measure success.

Communicate effectively with executive leadership, demonstrating strong executive presence and the ability to influence strategic decisions through clear and compelling product insights and recommendations.
2+ years of product management experience with a track record of successfully delivering web-based products, ideally in SaaS or communication tools.

Your work will directly impact sales performance, customer retention, and operational efficiency across the business.
Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, ensuring buy-in across the organization.

Proven experience in fast-paced technical environments, adept at working with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide projects through key milestones.
