About the role

  • As a Senior Project Manager at IQVIA Biotech, you'll play a critical role in accelerating the delivery of clinical trials and improving patient lives by bringing new therapies to market faster.

Responsibilities

  • Lead bid defense presentations and contribute to study strategy development.
  • Develop and implement integrated study management plans.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and milestone achievement.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, scope changes, and revenue acceleration opportunities.
  • Mentor and support team members, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and customer engagement to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • 7+ years of clinical research experience, including 4+ years in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Compensation
