About the role
- As a Senior Project Manager at IQVIA Biotech, you'll play a critical role in accelerating the delivery of clinical trials and improving patient lives by bringing new therapies to market faster.
Responsibilities
- Lead bid defense presentations and contribute to study strategy development.
- Develop and implement integrated study management plans.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and milestone achievement.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Manage project financials, including forecasting, scope changes, and revenue acceleration opportunities.
- Mentor and support team members, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and customer engagement to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- 7+ years of clinical research experience, including 4+ years in project management.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

- The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $93,100.00 - $232,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience
