Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead presentations for oversight committees and Reserve Bank and Board of Governors stakeholders.
  • Lead high-visibility projects with measurable outcomes.
  • In doing that, the team manages many relationship s and service performance of outsourced administrators and insurance providers.
  • Continuous r esearch of best practices, perform ing benchmarking analysis and comparisons, and evaluat ing emerging trends are key to effectively managing the programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • An experienced and confident people leader, ideally having managed operational teams through change.
  • Experience driving an operational team toward streamlined processes, efficiency gains, measuring and improving outcomes and bringing procedural rigor through leadership to a team.

  • Serves as coach and support to those accountable for vendor management responsibilities for System-wide benefits programs.
  • Ensures self and team maintain current knowledge of and relevant certifications in legal, regulatory, plan compliance and changes for System benefits.
  • Uses data to regularly recommend benefit plan strategies, evaluation of plan design changes, cost and participant impact.
  • Lead continuous improvement in process and identify policy enhancements and opportunities to offer appropriate benefits backage to the Federal Reserve System.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience
