Farm, starting immediately through November 15, 2026.
This is a rare opportunity to get paid to learn the craft of next-generation farming while contributing to a mission with real regional and statewide impact.

Responsibilities

This is a part-time role (20-30 hours/week) working side-by-side with Regenerative California's Farm Manager to learn, build, and manage a regenerative organic farm from the ground up.
Regenerative California is a nonprofit organization partnering with communities to create regional regenerative economies.

Requirements

No prior farming experience is required - just the drive to make a meaningful difference by building living soil and growing food that nourishes communities.

Compensation

$20k-$30k
