- Significance Inc is seeking a Travel System Analyst (Intermediate) to play an integral role in our growing team at HHS.
Responsibilities
- Maintain full operational knowledge of the E-Travel System, including authorizations, vouchers, workflows, traveler profiles, routing lists, and system configurations.
- Test new system configurations, analyze impacts, and support implementation.
- Create and deliver trainings, client demonstrations, and presentations (in-person or via Microsoft Teams), including senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads, triage issues, and resolve problems independently with strong attention to detail.

- The Travel Systems Analyst serves as a primary point of contact for technical support, account management, and travel program operations related to the Federal Government's E-Travel System (ConcurGov).
- This role combines deep systems expertise with policy interpretation, high-volume customer support, and compliance with the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in federal travel support, account management, and/or E-Travel systems operations.
- 3+ years of experience in travel program support or similar role.
- Required Skills & Experience:
Skills
- Proficiency in ConcurGov, including authorizations, vouchers.
- Strong working knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) and federal travel policies.
- Skills in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, analysis, and reporting) and PowerPoint (presentations and trainings).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with customer service management tools such as JIRA and Salesforce.
- Associates's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to support federal compliance and audit requirements.
- Experience working in federal or highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with financial/ERP systems or transportation integration platforms.
- Proficiency using AI tools to improve efficiency in reporting and documentation.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, adaptability, and emotional intelligence when interacting with stakeholders and/or leadership.
Compensation
- At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range.
