Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry research and perform individual company analysis.
  • Develop financial analysis and models.
  • Support creation of client proposals and presentations.
  • Manage data room and coordinate due diligence process.
  • Recruit, supervise, and develop Interns.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or other similar experience.
  • Knowledge of M&A and capital raising practices is essential.
  • ability to analyze and value businesses.
  • Team player mentality combined with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables.
  • FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses are required, or to be obtained within the first six months of employment.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of relevant experience with the ability to immediately and meaningfully impact the team, while also engaging thoughtfully with Alantra's training and onboarding practices.
  • The ideal candidate should be motivated, creative, outgoing, and possess a strong background in finance and accounting.

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record required
