About the role

The Vendor Operations Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for third-party Marine Operating Centers (MOCs) supporting outsourced service operations.
This role is responsible for managing vendor relationships across an assigned region, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and financial accuracy.
The individual will oversee vendor performance, review invoicing and billing, coordinate fleet service needs, and proactively resolve operational issues to ensure club locations run smoothly.

Support vendor relationship management by maintaining strong, professional working relationships that drive service performance and responsiveness
Review, validate, challenge discrepancies, and approve vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with contracted services
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with business and customer needs
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance vendor operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery

Experience reviewing invoices, billing, or financial documentation with attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with ability to independently resolve routine issues
Ability to analyze vendor performance and communicate findings to leadership
Familiarity with marine safety equipment and dockside procedures
Ability to work independently and adapt to seasonal demands

Experience working with dealerships, marinas, or marine service environments
Familiarity with fleet operations or boat maintenance coordination
Experience in contract management or vendor performance evaluation
Background in logistics, transportation coordination, or field operations
Mechanical or marine systems knowledge (technical coursework or equivalent experience preferred)

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
The hiring range for this position is $60,250 to $66,500 annually.
