About the role
- The Vendor Operations Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for third-party Marine Operating Centers (MOCs) supporting outsourced service operations.
- This role is responsible for managing vendor relationships across an assigned region, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and financial accuracy.
- The individual will oversee vendor performance, review invoicing and billing, coordinate fleet service needs, and proactively resolve operational issues to ensure club locations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Support vendor relationship management by maintaining strong, professional working relationships that drive service performance and responsiveness
- Review, validate, challenge discrepancies, and approve vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with contracted services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with business and customer needs
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance vendor operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
Requirements
- Experience reviewing invoices, billing, or financial documentation with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with ability to independently resolve routine issues
- Ability to analyze vendor performance and communicate findings to leadership
- Familiarity with marine safety equipment and dockside procedures
- Ability to work independently and adapt to seasonal demands
Nice to have
- Experience working with dealerships, marinas, or marine service environments
- Familiarity with fleet operations or boat maintenance coordination
- Experience in contract management or vendor performance evaluation
- Background in logistics, transportation coordination, or field operations
- Mechanical or marine systems knowledge (technical coursework or equivalent experience preferred)

Compensation
- decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
- In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- The hiring range for this position is $60,250 to $66,500 annually.
