About the role
- GHJ Search & Staffing is partnering with a growing apparel manufacturing and private label company with approximately $100M in annual revenue that is seeking a Financial Controller to join its leadership team.
Responsibilities
- This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CFO and overseeing the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, audit support, and cash flow management.
Nice to have
- Prior Controller experience
- Apparel manufacturing, wholesale, private label, or import production experience
- Strong cost accounting and inventory accounting knowledge
- QuickBooks Online expertise
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in high-volume transaction environments
- Factoring and financing experience is a plus
