About the role
- As the Fiscal Specialist 1 you will play an important role in supporting the fiscal, research, academic, and administrative mission of the Department of Integrative Physiology and Neuroscience within the College of Veterinary Medicine.
Responsibilities
- In this position, you will provide support for specific fiscal functions, including purchasing, posting transactions in financial systems, and coordinating financial activities related to seminar and travel organization.
- You will also provide office administrative support, contributing to the effective operation of the department and helping ensure that faculty, staff, and students can successfully carry out their work and academic endeavors.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task with occasional interruptions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication.

Compensation
- $3,653 to $4,866 | Range 40 | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
- In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
