About the role

  • As an entry-level Civil Engineer in our Transportation group, you will support the design of highway and bridge projects for DOT clients.
  • Working under a Professional Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience with roadway design, including plan development and construction documentation, while building the technical foundation needed to progress toward your PE license.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with roadway and transportation design for highway and bridge projects.
  • Support plan production, including drawings, modeling, and design calculations.
  • Help prepare construction documents and plan sets.
  • Support project teams through the coordination and completion of assigned tasks.
  • Develop technical skills and apply engineering principles to real-world projects.
