About the role
- The maintenance department consists of 2 - 3 salaried and 30-40 hourly employees within a poultry processing facility of 350 employees.
- The position reports to the plant manager w/ primary work schedule of M-F, day shift, with flexibility to work weekends, early shift, and overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Min.) OR equivalent leadership experience;
- M in. of 5 years in leadership / supervisory role, in maintenance or engineering management supporting maintenance in manufacturing operation Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Compensation
- $30k-$40k
