- 7-10 years of backend development experience Strong Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot/WebFlux expertise Experience with microservices and REST API development Strong understanding of Kafka and event-driven architecture Knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, and async processing Strong SQL and PostgreSQL/MySQL performance optimization skills Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native applications Production support, monitoring, and observability experience Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to independently own features/services end-to-end Good cross-team communication and collaboration skills
