  • The Plant Manager at Pen Manufacturing is responsible for leading daily plant operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and workforce performance. This role focuses on operational execution, team leadership, and continuous improvement within the facility. Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day plant operations, including safety programs, production flow, maintenance, and workforce management.
  • Manage hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for plant personnel.
  • Develop supervisors and frontline leaders to strengthen plant capability and succession pipelines.
  • Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput.
  • Partner with engineering, supply chain, quality, HR, and finance to support production needs and resolve issues.
  • Support capacity planning and operational readiness for new products or equipment.
