Responsibilities

  • Drive AI-First Engineering
  • Lead adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI across engineering workflows.
  • Partner with AI platform teams to leverage LLMs, AI Agents, MCP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise knowledge platforms.
  • Build Modern Cloud Financial Management Solutions
  • Lead engineering initiatives across:
  • Partner with platform engineering and DevOps teams to:
  • All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
  • Deliver foundational capabilities for the ValueOps Financial Intelligence Solution.
  • Drive measurable improvements in cloud cost optimization, engineering efficiency, delivery predictability, and customer value realization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
  • 5+ years leading engineering managers and global engineering teams.
  • Experience designing cloud-native distributed systems.
  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development and engineering delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical and business leaders.

Compensation

  • The annual base salary range for this position is USD 150,800.00 To USD 241,200.00
  • As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
