About the role

C.H. Robinson is currently looking for a Manager, Supply Chain Engineering.
In this role you will be involved in long-term strategy development and will be accountable for successful delivery of roadmap initiatives.
This includes having the responsibility for managing the execution of projects consistent with the development, adaptation and deployment of systems and processes for enterprise account teams.

Lead and develop a high performing team of supply chain analysts and engineers
Design and develop supply chain solutions that align with our strategic roadmap
Develop cost savings, service, procurement and operational strategies in support of team goals
Understand the use of optimization/decision support tools to perform global supply chain studies, routing optimization and transportation, inventory, and total landed cost analyses
Manage global project teams responsible for defining scope, developing project plan, tracking activities, reporting on progress and milestones and measuring results across all regions

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 6 years of supply chain experience
Minimum 2 years of experience leading & developing a team
Experience using data visualization and analytical tools
Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and/or international)
Master's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience with Lean tools such as VSM, A3 management, pareto analysis, fishbone diagrams, etc.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

$103,600.00 - $175,100.00
The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
