About the role
- C.H. Robinson is currently looking for a Manager, Supply Chain Engineering.
- In this role you will be involved in long-term strategy development and will be accountable for successful delivery of roadmap initiatives.
- This includes having the responsibility for managing the execution of projects consistent with the development, adaptation and deployment of systems and processes for enterprise account teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high performing team of supply chain analysts and engineers
- Design and develop supply chain solutions that align with our strategic roadmap
- Develop cost savings, service, procurement and operational strategies in support of team goals
- Understand the use of optimization/decision support tools to perform global supply chain studies, routing optimization and transportation, inventory, and total landed cost analyses
- Manage global project teams responsible for defining scope, developing project plan, tracking activities, reporting on progress and milestones and measuring results across all regions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 6 years of supply chain experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading & developing a team
- Experience using data visualization and analytical tools
- Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and/or international)
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with Lean tools such as VSM, A3 management, pareto analysis, fishbone diagrams, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Compensation
- $103,600.00 - $175,100.00
- The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
- Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
