About the role
- You'll be the person the business trusts to turn fuzzy questions into the metrics, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses that decisions actually get made on - owning that work end-to-end.
- This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District).
Responsibilities
- Own KPIs and dashboards end-to-end. Build, maintain, and govern key KPIs and dashboards across business domains, managing the full lifecycle of analytics projects from scoping to delivery.
- Be a thought partner on measurement. Partner with stakeholders to define how success is measured across Garner's products and operations.
- Build scalable data pipelines. Collaborate with the data engineering team to create maintainable pipelines that power reliable reporting.
- AI Nativity. Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents.
Requirements
- You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Build a strong understanding of your analytical domain so you can independently drive meaningful insights.

Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-centric role.
- Cross-functional translation.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Autonomy and ownership.
- Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
- Automation mindset.
- Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work.
- Making data accessible.
Compensation
- The target salary range for this position is $167,000 - $210,000.
- Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
- In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
