About the role
- You'll work directly with aircraft, FBO line technicians, flight crews, and CSRs to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and turn-around activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, appearance, and service.
Responsibilities
- Support aircraft services when FBO lines services experience delays, including loading luggage
- Support coordinating aircraft fueling and immediately follow up with FBO dispatch if fueling personnel or equipment are delayed.
- Liaise with the FBO line service team to optimize aircraft parking according to operational needs. Escalate and document service delays to management.
- Complete light cabin cleaning services before each departure and after arrivals, including trash removal, seat straightening, surface wipe-downs, and vacuuming to support crew readiness and on-time operations.

Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in FBO line service in business aviation.
- Required to adhere to strict uniform and presentation guidelines.
- Optimism and collaboration: you are always eager to lend a helping hand
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security clearance.
- Must be able to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Ability to move, pull, carry or lift up to 100lb. (luggage, carts, etc.).
- Fast-paced movement may be required.
