About the role
- We are seeking a friendly and motivated Porter/Valet to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian.
- This role is key in ensuring that our service department operates efficiently and that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- The Porter/Valet is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with vehicle pick-up/drop-off, and keeping the dealership's lot organized.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of the service department, parking lots, and customer waiting areas.
- Support the service team with any additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
- A strong sense of customer service and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
