About the role

This role will be an integral part of the Finance Systems team, which operates within a product operating model.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of critical finance systems.
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will play a crucial role in supporting the Order to Cash and Revenue Value Stream within our expanding Finance Systems team.

As a BSA, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define solutions, and support the implementation of Zuora's Billing and Revenue Recognition systems
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Zuora CPQ, RevPro and Billing implementations
Lead the configuration of Zuora CPQ, Billing and RevPro to meet business requirements
Develop integrations and automations through systems like Workato

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
Years of Experience: 10+ years
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with finance and technical teams Experience working in an agile environment.

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Techno Functional Consultant in billing and revenue recognition systems
4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ,Billing and Zuora RevPro
A strong background in subscription billing, revenue recognition, and financial systems, including compliance requirements
Strong knowldege of Zuora CPQ, Zuora 360 and integration with Saleforce and Zuora billing system.
Strong knowledge of Zuora Billing, including subscription management, invoicing, collections, and payment processing
Deep understanding of Zuora RevPro with practical experience in revenue recognition and compliance standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15)
Knowledge of integrating Zuora with other boundary systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Netsuite ERP, and financial reporting systems)
Proficiency in business process modeling and tools like Lucid Chart, JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms for project tracking and management

The compensation for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 USD per year in most US locations.
