Responsibilities
- Review and develop electrical operating procedures to support operations, projects, and maintenance.
- Work cross-functionally, coordinating with different departments and external partners.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams on preventative and corrective tasks.
- Establish systems and processes to measure and drive performance and improvement.
- Investigate complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Support the medium voltage electrical team.

- As a member of the Utility and Energy Operations team, the Low Voltage System Engineer (LVE) will support the Rahway Campus as the low voltage (<1KV) subject matter expert.
- The LVE will ensure the safe and reliable design, operation, and maintenance of low voltage electrical equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Knowledge of facilities, utilities, or power plant operations Technical understanding of emergency generators, electrical generation, UPS, ATS, SCADA, and control systems.
- Working knowledge of EIII and NFPA standards.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, or reliability engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
