About the role

  • The purpose of the Research Manager role is to ensure Knit customers successfully achieve their desired research outcomes through their partnerships with Knit.
  • By owning and supporting customer relationships, getting deeply engrained in customer research needs, and driving high-quality project deliverables, the Research Manager's impact is ultimately measured by positive customer retention.

Responsibilities

  • Escalating needs to Research Directors to support troubleshooting when increased risk for project viability or customer impact occurs
  • Ability to drive initiatives and outcomes in ambiguous environments, both for navigating complex customer needs and Knit internal business changes.

Requirements

  • Required Skills & Experiences
  • Must have 5+ years of market research experience, with the majority of the time spent on the supplier side in a market research agency environment.
  • Must have experience leading discovery and scoping calls, writing and editing quant and qual questionnaires from scratch, drafting analysis plans, and creating and presenting stakeholder-ready insights topline & reports.

Compensation

  • $115,000 - $130,000 USD
  • In accordance with New York pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000.
  • Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's level, experience, and qualifications upon joining Knit.
