- Crew Members work as part of a team under the direction of a Working Project Manager or Foreman and play a key role in delivering high-quality roofing solutions to customers.

- Perform basic repairs and maintenance as directed

- The Roofing Crew Member is responsible for assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing sealant systems.
- Field Work and Installation
- Assist with installation of roofing sealant and coating systems
- Prepare roof surfaces by cleaning, drying, and setting up materials
- Apply coatings and sealants according to company and manufacturer standards
- Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and correctly
- Load and unload materials and equipment
