About the role

As an Elementary Teacher, you will lead instruction in either Humanities or STEM while creating a classroom culture rooted in joy, belonging, high expectations, and student growth.
Create a classroom where students feel safe, respected, included, and excited to learn
Adjust instruction to support diverse learners and help every student access grade level content
Partner with families through home visits, regular communication, progress updates, and school events
You will also work closely with school leaders and instructional coaches who provide feedback and support to help you continue growing as an educator.

Position Description
Rocketship Public Schools is looking for joyful, driven, and student centered Elementary Teachers to join our school community.
At Rocketship, teachers are not expected to do this work alone.
This position reports to the Principal or Assistant Principal.

The starting salary for this role is $54,827 and the salary range tops out at $79,534.
Final compensation is based on education, years of relevant experience, and credential status.
