About the role
- The CDR Networking team ensures on-time delivery of critical networking hardware - racks, optics, and loose gear - that connects every AWS service to the backbone.
- We operate at the intersection of supply chain, manufacturing, and network engineering, owning delivery end-to-end from customer order through site landing.

Responsibilities
- Drive delivery performance across network rack demand streams (Bricks, Spines, Loose Gear, Scaling, New DC) from order through site installation Own stakeholder communication for delivery status, risks, and blockers - proactively surfacing issues before they become escalations.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and network deployment teams.
- Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive structural improvements.
- Partner with automation and data engineering teams to scale delivery insights through tooling What you'll bring: Track record of program-managing complex, multi-stakeholder hardware or infrastructure delivery at scale.
- Strong written communication: you produce artifacts that drive decisions without requiring follow-up questions.
- Bias toward mechanisms over heroics - you build systems that make the next delivery easier, not just this one.
- You're executing today's deliveries while building the mechanisms that make tomorrow's easier.
- You own outcomes, not tasks.
- CDR operates at the intersection of supply chain, network engineering, and program execution - you'll drive delivery across all of them.
- You'll lead through ambiguity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience working with large, complex data sets.
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management.
- 4+ years of in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making experience
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology field.
- Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities.
- Knowledge of process improvement and quality measures.
- Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives or equivalent.
