About the role

- Note: No electrical installation work is performed under this role.
Responsibilities
- Establish, follow, and maintain standard inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures, including Safety/Quality SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment downtime.
- Train and support field mechanics, technicians, and operators on safe operation and electrical awareness related to robotic equipment, and build training material as needed.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to robot performance and uptime.
- Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on robotic equipment.
Requirements
- Experience working with electrically powered equipment or machinery.
- Ability to work outdoors in active construction environments.
- Ability to comply with all site safety and PPE requirements.
- Ability to travel regularly between job sites.
Nice to have
- Experience with robotics, automation, or industrial equipment.
- Experience in solar or renewable energy construction environments.
- Completion of safety training related to heavy machinery and equipment operation, including understanding of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and use of personal protective equipment.

Compensation
- The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $87,000 and $104,550/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, s
