About the role

The Treasury Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the Treasury Service products as well as the delivery of exceptional customer service to Midland States Bank staff and its customers.
She/he should always be up to date on the enhancements and/or changes to the products.
Verification of information pertaining to Treasury Service Products for both personal and business through the completion of the setup process for customers.

This individual will assist and provide support as needed in order to foster and sustain a strong team environment.
Train on and support job functions within work unit.
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Process or validate various reports in relation to job assignments.
Maintain a current knowledge of new and existing systems software and hardware.
Performs other duties and handles special projects from time to time as assigned by manager.
Maintain knowledge of regulatory regulations and requirements.
May require work in a Midland office to ensure collaboration and support of internal and external customers.

Has the ability to process one or more Treasury Service products including ACH, Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Lock Box and Online Banking applications and setups.

Exact compensation is determined by factors such as (but not limited to) education, skills, internal equity, and experience.
This position offers additional compensation in the form of short-term incentives (i.e. bonus and/or commission) and may include long-term incentives (i.e. stock awards).
Assist in the instruction and training of the bank staff on features and benefits of Treasury Services, as needed.
