You'll play a hands-on role in the operation, deployment, testing, integration and maintenance of infrastructure and software environments, all while working within a dynamic Project Management Office (PMO).
This position offers the opportunity to engage with a wide range of technical challenges-from virtualization to scripting to system interoperability while supporting law enforcement professionals in the field and across the nation.

Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of the organization's IT systems and applications.
Assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of IT systems.
Perform system backup and recovery procedures.
Create and maintain network and system infrastructure diagrams.
