- The Coordinator is responsible for advancing evidence-based instructional practices, monitoring program effectiveness through data, and ensuring a coordinated student experience from placement through registration in college-level English.
Requirements
- Experience supporting students with varying levels of academic preparation using effective, inclusive instructional strategies in reading and writing

Nice to have

Skills
- Monitor and analyze student performance, placement, and progression data to evaluate program effectiveness
- Participate in continuous improvement processes, including program review and outcomes assessment
- Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration among faculty to share best practices and improve student outcomes
- Participate in institutional committees and cross-functional initiatives related to student success and developmental education
Compensation
- Salary Range $50,618 - $64,630 (commensurate with experience)
