About the role

  • Chemours is seeking a Capital Execution and Center of Excellence (COE) Leader responsible for advancing Chemours' capital project execution.
  • This role will be based out of our Wilmington, DE headquarters.

Requirements

  • Enable effective resource scaling and allocation across the capital portfolio, balancing in-house expertise and strategic outsourcing.

Nice to have

  • The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in industrial capital project management, with a demonstrated track record of managing large, complex capital portfolios.
  • Expertise in project controls, scheduling, and early engineering processes (FEL).
  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred), capital portfolio management, and industry best practices.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align technical initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Proven change leadership skills
  • experience driving cultural and organizational transformation.

Compensation

  • $239,229.00 - $373,795.00
  • Annual Bonus Target:
  • Annual Stock Amount
  • 115,000.00 USD
