About the role

  • Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity As a Project Manager, you will join the Business Enablement portfolio, supporting initiatives across Sales, Product & Partnerships, and Operations.
  • Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Senior Manager, Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead enterprise projects that include technical components and require coordination across business and technology teams.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of project deliverables.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to maintain project progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into project practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across full lifecycle phases.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment on project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Required skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies.

Compensation

  • The expected base salary range for this role is $67,000 - $105,000.
  • Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions.
