About the role

Responsibilities

  • Can credibly partner with senior infrastructure engineering leaders, understand architectural tradeoffs, and make strong prioritization decisions
  • Are a player-coach who can lead a lean team while staying close to the details that matter, especially in a platform area that is being elevated and rebuilt.

Requirements

  • BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
  • Bring deep technical fluency, strong product judgment, and the ability to turn complex infrastructure work into clear business outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Have a highly technical background across distributed systems, infrastructure, developer platforms, reliability, and platform operations.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD, and observability is a plus.
  • Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
