Requirements
- 1+ years experience in a client service role
- Experience in animal related field
- Ability to answer multiple phone lines
- Comfort with taking deposits and discussing financial questions with clients
- Ability to be discreet and professional when appropriate
Nice to have
- Saturday - Tuesday, 11:30am - 10pm
- Our CSRs are ambassadors of GSVS and will be responsible for checking clients in and out of the hospital, booking appointments, taking payments, and fielding busy phone lines.
- This position requires experience in a fast-paced customer facing role, and while veterinary experience is preferred, we would happily train and invest in the right candidate.
