Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality and security with all privileged information.
- Maintain working knowledge of Company and facility software.
Requirements
- Fundamental knowledge of HIPAA regulations & importance of patient privacy
- Able to work overtime during peak seasons when required.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision responding to changing priorities and role needs.
- Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.
Nice to have
- Desk job requiring significant typing on keyboard, 8 hours per day of computer/monitor use working in multiple systems simultaneously, and long-term sitting
- Ability working in a high-volume environment.
- Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (including Word and Excel)
- Familiar with different EHR and Billing Systems
- Experience working with subpoenas
