About the role

Conducts all work in accordance with Allan Myers policies, procedures, and programs.
This role is on-site and requires working from the regional office.
Identifies, orders and coordinates delivery of permanent materials such as pipe, stone, reinforcing steel, beams, etc.

Problem solves with the Project Manager and Superintendent to develop effective plans and schedules for constructing the project and determine the means and methods necessary to meet project goals.
Interprets drawings, specifications and technical information and disseminates to the Project Team, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design details.
Manages the RFI and submittal process including establishment and maintenance of project control logs in CMiC.
Maintains project safety files and reviews the project schedule for activities requiring special safety measures.

Works with the Project Team and Purchasing Department to ensure that all required purchase orders and subcontracts are finalized in a timely and cost-effective and simplistic manner.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction management (estimating, operations, and/or engineering) role.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related major, or equivalent required.
OSHA 30-hour required.
